We currently deliver orders within Kerala, India.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid online at checkout using the payment methods available on our store.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within [1–2 business days], excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 4–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, local restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Private packaging

Orders are sent in discreet, private packaging. Product details are not displayed prominently on the outer package.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address, PIN code, and phone number. Biodava cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the package and item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy.
